HatTech Business Centre provides 17 private offices ranging from 172 sq. ft. (16 m2) to 3929 sq. ft. (365 m2). Each office is unfurnished and serviced with a number of electrical sockets through dado trunking to provide flexibility, telephone port and Wi-Fi. Air comfort cooling and heating is provided as well as PIR sensors for environmental and economical lighting.

You will be required to sign a “License to Occupy” agreement and you will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to three months occupancy fee plus one month’s occupancy fee in advance prior to occupancy.
