Louise Levene

Centre Manager

Louise Levene, Business Centres Manager has many years’ experience in property management and has successfully managed Weltech Business Centre since 2003. Due to the success of WelTech, Louise and her team now also manage the HatTech Business Centre in Hatfield. Louise splits her working week between both sites but is available to assist businesses at either site during the working day.

Maddy

Maddy Hodgkinson

Deputy Centre Manager

Maddy Hodgkinson, Deputy Centre Manager joined Weltech in 2007 and after a short career move, returned to WelTech as Deputy Centre Manager in August 2018. Maddy’s role is to assist and support the running of the centres’ and to assist businesses with their office moves including the set-up of the telephony system and broadband connections.

NAME

Centre Administrator/Social Media Co-ordinator

NAME joined the team in DATE and brings with him/her previous administration and customer service experience. NAME role is to assist and support the running of the Centres’ and to assist with the marketing of both WelTech and HatTech throughout the Borough, in particular managing the Centres’ social media and websites.

URSZULA EDWARDS

Receptionist (HatTech Business Centre)

Urszula Edwards joined the team in November 2021 as a full-time receptionist. Urszula will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls and messages. Urszula is also responsible for meeting room bookings, postal services and can provide administrative support.

Receptionist (WelTech Business Centre)

Tracey Gooding, Receptionist joined the team in 2017 as a part-time receptionist. Tracey will meet and greet your visitors in a professional polite manner and manage your incoming calls and messages. Tracey is also responsible for meeting room bookings, postal services and can provide administrative support.

Margaret Whiting, joined the team in October 2021 as a part-time receptionist. Margaret will meet and greet your visitors in a professional, polite manner and manage your incoming calls and messages.
