Virtual Membership

Virtual Office Services are available for businesses of all sizes and are ideal for those clients not yet ready for a full-time office. Virtual Office Members are offered a high level of commitment, maintaining a professional business partnership between your company and the Business Centre team. Our services can help you manage your business through a variety of facilities.

As a Virtual Office Member, you can benefit from a variety of these services from as little as £15.00 per month.

Please complete the Virtual Office Member expression of interest form and provide all the requested documents. Prior to the services commencing, payment of administration fees are required for each chosen service. Payment can be made via bank transfer, by calling the payment line or online quoting your customer reference number. Thereafter, a direct debit mandate can be set up to collect monthly payments.

Reception is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday. During these hours post and deliveries are available for collection.

As a Virtual Office Member, there is the opportunity for an easy transition into becoming a Licensee with a private office (subject to availability) or Co-working Member if required.

The mail handling service includes the following:

  • You will be allocated with a post locker in reception where your mail and other deliveries will be stored, ready for you to collect. We will endeavour to contact you if we receive a ‘signed for’ parcel. If you instruct someone else to collect mail on your behalf, please inform a member of the Business Centre team of the name of the person in advance for security purposes.
  • Mail Forwarding: Additional costs for mail forwarding may apply depending on the quantity and size of your postage.
  • 10% Meeting Room discount at either the WelTech or HatTech Business Centres subject to availability.

 

Our telephone hosting service includes the following:

  • VoIP access through the Webex mobile/desktop app. This app allows you have one mobile and one laptop softphone per DDI number. Video calling is included as well as compatibility with Microsoft Teams.
  • 5000 free minutes included (UK Landline and Mobile Only) – International & premium calls are chargeable at the given rate.
  • Our service provider will respond to technical issues and enquires within 4 hours.
  • Advanced Hunt Groups (Multiple licenses only)
  • Voicemail service that allows messages to be received via email(s).
  • No contract required. A minimum of 3 calendar months’ notice is required to cease your service with us.
  • 10% Meeting Room discount at either the WelTech or HatTech Business Centres subject to availability.

 

Registered Address Statement
The Virtual Office service does not include the right to use either of the Business Centres as your registered office address. The registered office is within the public domain and can significantly increase the amount of administration for the staff at the Business Centre’s. In addition, it can lead to issues for our other clients where multiple businesses have the same registered address.
We therefore regret that we are unable to include this and recommend that, if you do not wish to use your home address for your registered office that you speak to your accountant or solicitor to see if they offer this service.
