If you need more security measures in place to protect your work and your records, a private office may be more ideal. HatTech Business Centre provides 14 private offices ranging from 172 sq. ft. (16 m2) to 3929 sq. ft. (365 m2). Each office is unfurnished and serviced with a number of electrical sockets through dado trunking to provide flexibility, telephone port and Wi-Fi. Air comfort cooling and heating is provided as well as PIR sensors for environmental and economical lighting.

You will be required to sign a “License to Occupy” agreement and you will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to three months occupancy fee plus one month’s occupancy fee in advance prior to occupancy.

  • Provisions and maintenance of central equipment including Fire Safety equipment.
  • Central waste removal
  • Recycling of paper, plastic, cans, newspapers/magazines and cardboard
  • Window cleaning
  • Communal signage
  • Use of the kitchen and collaboration bar
  • Business lounge
  • Games area
  • Wellbeing garden
